We are David and Sarah, and our journey together began in 2009 in Boston. In 2012, we tied the knot and embarked on a new adventure, moving to North Carolina, where our daughter, Penelope, was born a few years later.

David gained his passion for food and service after spending several years supporting and managing a pizza shop in New Hampshire. He is now passionate about the quest for the perfect pizza in Raleigh, NC.

Sarah's culinary experience began early on as she worked alongside her mother in a Market Basket deli for several years starting in her college years. There, she learned the importance of cutting meat and serving customers with care, understanding exactly what they expected.

As Italians, family and food are at the heart of everything we do. Sarah's family carries a rich tradition where food is seen as a love language, a way to show care and service to anyone lucky enough to be invited to the table. Our slogan, "Hope you’re hungry," is inspired by Sarah's mother, Missy. Known for her hearty feasts, she would welcome guests with a playful smile and the spirited phrase, always ensuring that no one left her table hungry.

Since moving to North Carolina, we've been inspired by the local hospitality, diversity, and vibrant food scene. We've explored countless eateries around Raleigh and beyond, savoring as many delicious spots as we can find. While David continues his pursuit of the ultimate pizza, we are delighted to share and celebrate the traditions and flavors that have enriched our lives long before our paths crossed.
